I really enjoy working on this project, which allows the development of many useful functions. To make sure it stays that way, I ask everyone to act according to the following rules.
The application can be used without restrictions for private purposes. The commercial, respectively industrial use is prohibited. In exceptional cases a permission can be obtained from me.
The tool is exclusively available on my website. Should there be an interest in another form of propagation (duplicates on CDs and other media) you will need my written consent. I want to guarantee there is only one primary source providing the newest version.
I denote the realization of this project as a whole as my intellectual property. I disapprove of the distribution of "own" Tune•Instructor versions!
I do not assume responsibility and/or liability for damages caused by my software!
